I had every intension on creating an hour long Pilates class for you...but during filming I decided to stick in some extra fun movements than originally planned and I thought the workout ended up being closer to 2 hours...but after editing and piecing everything together, it turned out to be a PERFECT 90 minute class...enjoy and let me know how it goes!
