Monday: legs

Tuesday: shoulders + abs

Wednesday: back + HIIT

Thursday: legs

Friday: upper body workout | shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest

Saturday: active recovery day... LISS + abs

Sunday: rest day

Abs: 2-3 sessions a day

HIIT: 1-2 sessions a week

LISS: 2-3 sessions a week
