This 300 Spartan Workout Routine has been around for some time now but over that time span there have been many modifications and changes. Craig demonstrates the real Spartan workout for Mens Health Magazine.
As I mentioned the original 300 workout plan was a test, not something done everyday or even every week. This is a tough workout hence a Spartan workout, so feel free to do less reps at first and work your way up to the total 300 reps.
If you are new to fitness maybe start with 100 reps and each month add 50 more reps to the workout plan until you reach 300.
