Prenatal to Postpartum & Beyond: FIT PREGNANCY WORKOUTS POSTPARTUM Workout PLAN & Advanced Exercises

Intro to Fitness for Mamas with Melinda Pedersen includes a library of workouts designed for us moms: 103 FIT PREGNANCY WORKOUTS, POSTPARTUM WORKOUT PLAN, and ADVANCED POSTNATAL EXERCISES.

From week 6 of pregnancy all the way up to 40 weeks of pregnancy, there are THREE 15-minute routines per each week of pregnancy. The prenatal exercises are designed to be safe during the first trimester, second trimester, and third trimester of your pregnancy.

After giving birth, we shift to heal and recover from diastasis recti (ab separation or mommy pooch). We start with pelvic floor exercises and later move into to more intense workouts.

Some of the advanced postpartum workouts include 30-day squat challenge, ab challenge, HIIT, cardio, core, strength building, and more!
