LEG DAY Workout Routine (for Beginners) | Squat, Deadlift, and Stretch with me

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. I'm so excited to share my Leg Day Routine with y'all. This routine is great for anyone who is just starting out with weightlifting (like me!) It takes about an hour total.

I just started weight-training at the start of 2020. I took a break due to pandemic gym closures between March 2020-October 2020, and I'm so excited to finally get back into the gym.
