Deficit Snatch Squat... one of my most favorite deadlifts/squats to encorporate as an accessory... the high platform stance with the snatch grip makes this movement a complete pain in the a*^ but it works... postural strength with proper leg drive position for deadlifting or olympic lifts...
PROGRAM 3-4 sets x 6-8 reps
