4-Way Raises

This movement involves 4 different shoulder raises... from various positions:

1. Supine Front Raise - Lateral Raise - 45 degree Lateral Raises - Bent Over Reverse Fly

Reps are = 10 - 10 - 10 - 10

OR

2. Neutral Raise to Press - Lateral Raise - 45 degree Lateral Raise - BO Reverse Fly

Reps are = 10 - 10 - 10 - 10
