Just like the Dirty 30 Incline Bench... this exercise is all about range of motion (ROM) manipulation. Partial rep ranges are strategically placed to increase TUT and build the hell out of the deltoids.
Perform Top 1/2 - Bottom 1/2 - Full ROM
Reps are 10 - 10 - 10 ... rep speed is always slow & controlled
