Relax, this is not how I throw a punch or is this meant to be a class for fighting... this is a safe and effective way to have fitness people punch at a fast rate without jamming their wrists... the focus here is on throwing with decent power while throwing fast... core, shoulders and arms...
Program 30-45sec... do this in a circuit or even as a super set with bench or shoulder press
