Iso Cable Curls

You can either face the cables or face away (video shows facing away). The decision is up to the lifter and some feel it more one way and not the other. Hold the one side in a 90 degree contracted position the whole time while the other performs slow & controlled reps

Program 3-4 sets x 15-18 reps each side
