Separation Fly is a great way to open up the chest, work the posterior deltoids & mid to high traps... we use this movement often to superset a heavy push exercise and a lot during warm ups... the "lunge" serves two purposes:
1. It forces the hips to stabilize thus engaging the glutes and core
2. It takes the momentum of the lower body out of the exercise
Program 2-3 sets x 8-12 reps
