Tempo Back Squat

Tempo means 4 down, 2 pause at the bottom, 1 up... the focus and reason to do "tempo" work is to focus on the eccentric & isometric motion of the movement. You will have to take the load down a bit, which makes this a great way to train squats during de-loads or when working on mobility.

Program 3-4 sets x 6-8 reps
