The third time could be the charm for Thomas, who after his last Nationals appearance as a middleweight in 2017, placed in the top 5. Now the recently awarded IFBB pro explains his roots in bodybuilding, including the work needed to overcome the spinal injuries he developed during his high school football days.
Thomas also talks about the overwhelming family support he’s received throughout his bodybuilding career.
