When it comes to working with a professional the caliber of Iain Valliere, it’s about learning about how the competitor got to where he is at that point, and finding ways to improve on top of that, Tuor explains. He says it starts with small changes and working the lagging parts both feel are lacking.
Tuor also talks about his fluency in four languages, as well as his IFBB journey.
