Dennis James talks with Quinton Eriya who at 6’1’’, is one of the taller bodybuilders in the IFBB.
Eriya talks about how he continued playing hoops till he made his IFBB pro debut in 2019, finishing fifth at the Toronto Pro. He placed second a year later, and is still looking for his first victory. He tells James what prep will look like going into his projected 2022 debut this summer.
Eriya also talks about his leg training and thoughts about other competitors from his native Canada.
