Dennis James talks with Samson Dauda, the winner of the 2021 IFBB Prague Pro.
Since first competing as an amateur in 2014, the former rugby player’s workout formula has been an inconsistent mix of trial and error. Dauda finally put it all together with his win in Prague, defeating one of his early rivals, Nathan De Asha, and qualifying for the 2022 Olympia.
Dauda also talks about training, his Nigerian background and working with Milos Sarcev.
