PE at Home- Sock Ball Fitness (Muscle Endurance)

What you will need for this activity:

-1 sock ball or paper ball

Step 1- Perform a push up plank for 10-20 seconds

Step 2- Perform a push up plank. While doing your plank use the sock ball to "spell" your name or a vocabulary word

Step 3- Lay on your back, with the sock ball in between your feet. Keeping your legs straight try to lift your legs towards the sky without dropping the ball.

Step 4- Lay on your back with the sock ball on your shins/legs. Lift your legs a little off the floor and see how long you can hold them in that position without hitting the ground.
