Coach Jim here with a blast from the past - the Nerd Fitness 12 days of Xmas workout!

I’ve filmed this fun and festive workout you can try with just a few pieces of equipment.
Seeing that it’s structured after the “12 Days of Xmas”, you should go through the workout like you’d sing the song (1 then 2,1 then 3,2,1 then 4,3,2,1 - etc).
We’ve given some exercise variations below, and shown some in the video too. Ready for a challenge??

1 - Pull up in a pear tree (any pull up variation! any pulling motion!)
2 - Burpees
3 /side - Mountain climbers
4 - Jumping jacks (or walking jacks)
5 - Dips on rings!! (any pushing motion! push ups from feet/knees...)
6 - Dumbbell squats (or regular bodyweight squats)
7 - Prone swimmers (hands on lower back, then overhead, then to lower back)
8 - Dumbbell swings (or kettlebell swings)
9 /side - Renegade rows (just the rows, no extra pushup)
10 - Box jumps (or step ups)
11 - Toes to bars (or lift the knees up, or any midsection exercise!)
12 - Dumbbell curls (looks like a drummer drumming!!)
This is a tough one, so get through as many days as you can!
